It’s taken a long time, a lot of revision and a few competitions; the first on the Wing Field Day in September, then Region in October and finally the Corps competition at RAF Cranwell on Saturday 26th November. At each stage the cadets have to identify 30 aircraft, but while at the Wing competition, the images appear for 4 seconds, it reduces to 3 seconds at Region, then only 2 seconds at the Corps competition.

So it is with a big slice of pride, we are happy to say that Cpl’s Tuke, Taylor C & Taylor M, all from 402 (Gravesend) Squadron, came 3rd in the Open Team event & Cpl Tuke was awarded a very close runners-up Individual medal by Flt Lt David Webb, placing him as the 2nd in the whole Corps.

Congratulations to all three of you for such an excellent result in the Corps Competition!
