Leadership success!

28 cadets from around Kent Wing have recently achieved their bronze leadership badge.

The course, held at 312 (City of Canterbury) Squadron, consists of a day of classroom theory; introducing the cadets to action centred leadership, leadership styles and techniques, and developing an understanding the role of effective communication. The second day focused on undertaking practical exercises in small teams giving the cadets the opportunity to put into practice what they learned on day one. Our cadets can now take their new gained skills back to support Squadrons on a day-to-day basis.
