St. Clement Danes Parade!

12/02/23 – Cadets go on an annual Parade with Kent Wing

On 12 February, some of our Ditton cadets and over 400 other cadets from around the sector took part in the parade, at St Clement Danes. We started the day off early and by coach, travelling from our squadron to our destination, before preparing for the parade. Once we were all ready, and the band was in check, we all got formed up and awaited our commands. 

During the parade, many people came to watch, and some were even taking photos and videos. It was an enthralling experience, and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. The band did exceptionally well, producing much of the noise for the parade. 

Once inside the church, we got seated and started the service, which was also very good. Additionally, the event caused joy between not only members of the public but also cadets.
