Junior/Senior NCO Course Success

The Junior/ Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Course was completed by some of Ditton Squadron

On the 18-19 March, some of our ranking cadets took part in the NCO (non-commissioned officer) course, to further their knowledge about basic training, and also to improve on their leadership skills. In 2 days, they learnt the roles and responsibilities of having a rank, brushed up on how to keep uniform up to high standards, working in a team, communication skills and even how to take drill confidently. The course helped our NCO’s to work on themselves and also gave them a chance to find their priorities in order to be the best that they can be.
